i collect mainly bts (mainly namjoon but also ot7) and skz (mainly felix but also ot8), but will get other pcs as well!

- I will disclose any damage of the merchandise in the GO post or as soon as I am aware of it.
- Instagram posts will have the most information of a GO but you are always free to DM me any questions.
- Some GO’s will take time to get to me and I just ask for your understanding and patience. If I know when the merch will get to me I will include that in the GO post itself or in the GO’s group chat.
- I will create the GO’s group chat 1 day after the GO is posted, or if the GO is closed. Whichever comes first.
- If you have any issues making a payment on time or anything, I am really understanding just please let me know and don’t ghost me, maybe we can work something out.
- If I mail merch to you please let me know when it arrived!I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL OR MAIL DAMAGED ONCE DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE. I WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO ME NOT BEING IN CONTROL OF WHAT HAPPENS IN TRANSIT.- I only accept Venmo and Paypal as payments, so if you can’t use those I do ask you don’t join my GOs (i’m sorry!).
- Once you join my GO you cannot back out unless you find a replacement.
- I ask for payment for the merch first and once the merch is in my physical possession, I will then send a shipping form and ask for the payment for shipping then.
- Failure to follow my rules for the GO will lead to you being blocked and/ or being unable to join future GOs or purchase from me.

-USA Preferred // Canda is cool too!-I do NOT do pick ups at the moment only mail.-All of my proofs are on my insta (the.artsywitch)-I do NOT accept CC!-Holds are only 24 hours (1 day)-Payment is expected after proofs are sent.-If payment is not received within 24 hours of the proof being sent, your claim will be put up for sale/trade.-I accept Venmo or Paypal only!!-Shipping (unless stated otherwise) untracked is $1.50 and tracked is $5-I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST MAIL ONCE GIVEN TO THE POST OFFICE-I send pictures of the pc after packing, and when I am at the post office.-Those with tracking get a picture of the receipt as well.-All pcs are packed with a sleeve and toploader :))-I do NOT offer refunds unless the photocard or item is shipped back to me, and I will not pay for shipping either. Once the item is back into my possession and the item is still in the same condition as when I sent it out I will refund the price of the item, not including shipping fees.
